The all-over printed tote is printed using the sublimation technique, meaning that every inch excluding the handles are printed on, then cut and hand-sewn by our in-house team.

Return/refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications, or are clearly personalized by our web shop, can only be refunded or reshipped if one of the above mentioned criteria’s are met to tolasse@tolasse.com. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to tolasse@tolasse.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Method of refund - To the same form of payment used.

Product condition - Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons can not be returned unless they are damaged/misprinted/defect. In this case the barcode sticker on the item must not be removed when returning an order. Furthermore similar packaging is expected when returning an order as when receiving it.
